CUSTOMISED GearboxES
Where standard gearboxes cannot meet the unique requirements, BFT Drives offers specially designed and manufactured gearboxes to meet the requirements of a particular application or system. Customised gearboxes can be tailored in terms of size, gear ratio, torque capacity, mounting options and material selection.
Features:
- Gears: pinions and wheels are made in case-hardened steel (HRC58-60) with an accurate grinding tooth profile. CLASS DIN 6 3961 after treatment.
- Case: Electrowelded execution steel with stress relieving and internal painting. Completed with inspection covers, breathers, lifting hooks bearings and seals: made in Europe aim long exploitation life.
- Gearboxes are submitted to a final no-load test on our premises
- Gearboxes are supplied together with a use and maintenance manual, materials and test certificates
